 Applicant must hold a current insurance producer license with the State of Tennessee OR provide a personal selection report/criminal background check
 Applicant has been recommended by an Automobile CLub
Complete and file the application and fee of $20.00

RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS:
 License may be renewed annually by submitting a completed renewal application and fee
