License Description BOXING PARTICIPANT

Trains and manages professional boxers, or assists them in the ring between rounds of a professional boxing match.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Boxing participants are required to pay a licensing fee of $100 for managers, $25 for boxing seconds, and $100 for matchmakers. An additional $50 fee is required for application. Two photographs are to be included with the application information. States or localities where a license has been held and the length those licenses have been active must be included in the application paperwork.
