License Description Sec. 5. (a) An individual who seeks to act as a second at an event must first obtain a license as a second under IC 4-33-22 and this article.(b) An applicant for a second's license must submit the following:(1) The completed second application form.(2) A clear photocopy of a current government issued photographic identification card that affirms that the applicant is at least eighteen (18) years of age.(3) One (1) digital photograph of the applicant that shows head and shoulders only, without a hat, and in a natural pose.(4) The required application fee under this rule.
