License Description An applicant must: Be at least 18 years old and not a resident of Puerto Rico. Submit a license application online and all relevant paperwork including a 2x2 photo taken no earlier than six months before the application date, a copy of a work visa, work contact, passport, a resume or proof of your professional work, and the Itinerary to PCS. Submit a payment of $100.
