License Description An applicant must: Be at least 18 years old. Submit a license application online and all relevant paperwork including a 2x2 photo taken no earlier than six months before the application date, a letter of recommendation from the Puerto Rico College of Actors, evidence of academic preparation, an original Certificate of No Penal Record issued by the Puerto Rico Police Department no more than six months prior, proof of having no outstanding childsupport debt or a payment plan for any such debt. Candidates applying for license based on experience and not the academic requirements must upload two (2) letters of recommendation from two (2) directors with whom you have worked as an Actor. Submit a payment of $100.
