Purposes:
The Dominion Energy Educational Equity Scholarship Program was established to assist students residing in Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, or West Virginia who plan to continue their education in college or vocational school programs.

Applicants must be planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school in the United States, or in a certification program offered by an accredited institution.
