Sixteen named scholarship funds will award 20+ scholarships to graduating seniors from eligible high schools* in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Indiana in 2025.Applicants must be planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school in the United States, or in a certification program offered by an accredited institution. A minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent) is required.** Awards can be renewed up to three times based on continued full-time enrollment and maintenance of a 2.5 cumulative GPA.

Purposes: Graduating high school seniors from eligible high schools* in Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia are invited to apply for awards of up to $5,000 each from sixteen named scholarship funds. Applicants must be planning to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited two- or four-year college, university or vocational-technical school in the United States, or in a certification program offered by an accredited institution. A minimum GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent) is required.**

Purposes: An accomplished community icon, former Cincinnati Bengal and member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Anthony Muoz has been actively involved in his commitment to make a difference in the lives of local youth in the Greater Cincinnati region. This scholarship was developed through Anthony and his familys passion to help deserving students reach their dream of attending a local college or university, the Foundations Scholarship Fund awards multiple $20,000 scholarships to select Tri-State high school seniors.
