Qualifications Applicants must be legal residents of the United States, District of Columbia, or a U.S. Territory; be age 16 or older; be enrolled (or enroll no later than the fall of after two year) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning (college, university or trade school); employees, officers, directors and agents of College Raptor, Inc. (sponsor) and its affiliates and members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, siblings and children) and persons residing at the same address are not eligible.
Criteria Selection will be based on following judging
Funds $2,500
Duration Quarterly.
