Qualifications Applicants must be teens aged 14-19 are encouraged to apply to the 4-H Youth in Action Program for the chance to tell their 4-H impact story.
Criteria Selection will be based on the committee criteria.

Number of Awards Varies.
To Apply Applicants must be submit online application form; submit personal and county/state 4-H contact information; describe how 4-H impacted applicants (max: 2500 characters); describe a project, program, 4-H activity or series of activities in which applicants demonstrated leadership; 60-second video; photos.
Deadline March 31.
