Purpose To offer various scholarships to support educational pursuits in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area.
Focus Construction; Education, Vocational-technical; Heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration; Welding.
Qualifications Applicants must be a Ritchie county high school graduating senior and Ritchie county resident; must be enrolled at an accredited vocational, technical, or trade school; must have a minimum 2.0 GPA; must be residents in the foundation's service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and wood counties in west Virginia and Washington county, Ohio.
Criteria Selection will be based on committee criteria.
