Purpose To offer various scholarships to support educational pursuits in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area.

Qualifications Applicants must be high senior; must be St. Mary's high school; GPA 3.0 minimum; preference must be math major, if none then majors requiring significant math courses, such as accounting, finance, business, and engineering; must be current college students; must be residents in the foundations service area: Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt, and Wood Counties in West Virginia and Washington County, Ohio.
Criteria Selection based on committee criteria following: academics, activities/leadership, service, financial need, special circumstances.
